Favourite Pegs
Many of the lakes on the estate are quite small and intimate. All are
well stocked, and are perfect for a quiet days pleasure fishing. You'll
probably have the lake to yourself, so have fun!
 |
Lake 1 - Horseshoe Lake
Main species include mirror, common and ghost carp averaging 8-10lbs,
but some twenties and thirties inhabit this small, horseshoe-shaped
lake. |
 |
 |
 |
Lake 2 - New Lake
Main species are tench, carp to 19lbs, roach and rudd. Situated next
to the lower car park this is an ideal lake for the less mobile angler
and provides good weights during all seasons. |
 |
Lake 3 - Old Lake

New Lake, this more mature water has countless different fish holding
features and provides excellent sport. |

A good mixed bag pool, this lake offers anglers a great opportunity

Stocked with silverfish - roach, rudd, tench, bream and crucian. Access
is via the car park next to the clubhouse, and this open water provides
a tranquil alternative to some of our smaller, secluded lakes. |

The newest lake at Willinghurst and is next to Christmas Tree Lake.
Completed in the summer of 2002, this open water has a large head
of silver fish - roach, rudd, tench, bream and crucian. |
